What we store

• Account details from Clerk: email, name, avatar.
• Bookings, quotes, sessions and payment records.
• Barter listings, agreements and their agreed values.
• Reviews, messages within transactions, and incident reports.
• Creator location while online, and a customer’s booking location.

Location, specifically

A creator’s position is stored only as their current one — we keep a single row per creator and overwrite it, so there is no location history to leak or subpoena. It is deleted when the account is deleted. Customers only ever see positions rounded to about 500 metres.

Card details

Handled entirely by Stripe. Cambulance never sees or stores a card number.

Deleting your account

Deleting your Clerk account removes your profile, listings, equipment, portfolio, messages, reviews and location. Payment records and open incident reports are retained — the first for financial and legal obligations, the second because a report about someone is not theirs to erase by leaving.

Not yet done

We do not yet have a defined retention period for completed bookings or a self-serve data export.
